Dieting Plan for Teens


Are you overweight or are you tired of being made fun off? Then here’s a diet plan that can help you to loose up to 30 pounds.

Firstly if you want fast results then you need to make drastic changes in your eating habits. One must eat the following everyday:-

·        3 servings of fruits and vegetables each.

·        5-8 servings of carbs such as pasta and rice.

·        4-7 servings of proteins such as cheese.

·        2-5 servings of fats such as nuts, avoid eating fast food.

Note that each serving should be the size of your palm.

Secondly dieting becomes much easier when you formulate a menu for yourself. Since Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it should be nutritious. Start the day with cereal, Weetabix is the best choice also try eating a banana for  change.

Lunch should light yet filling try a brown bread sandwich, salad or sautéed vegetables. If you’re a big fan of meat try eating lean meat. Only eat red meat or fast food once a month.

Fix yourself quick snacks by eating fruits, berries or frozen yogurt.

To finish off your day, at dinner its best to eat brown rice, scrambled egg or fish.

Thirdly drink a lot of water, at least 8 glasses. Water helps to rinse out the harmful toxins from your body. This results in healthier zit-free skin and a sharper mind.

Lastly exercise, no one got thinner by sitting and watching television. It helps to plan out your week, such as three days of intense exercise and two days of light exercise. Walking is the easiest exercise so take a walk to the mall!
